Opt-in option 1: the booking form on this website

A guest requesting a site on www.tablerockarea71.com reaches a request form that includes an SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is separate from the booking, unchecked by default, and never required. These are the steps:

  1. Open www.tablerockarea71.com and enter check-in and checkout dates in the “Find your site” box.
  2. Select Check availability. The open sites for those dates are listed with their nightly rate.
  3. Select Request site on any site. The reservation request form opens.
  4. Enter first name, last name, email, and phone number.
  5. To receive texts, the guest actively ticks the SMS consent checkbox shown below. It is empty until the guest clicks it. Leaving it empty still completes the booking.
  6. Select Request this site. We record whether the box was ticked, the moment it was ticked, and the exact wording shown at the time.

Directly beneath the checkbox, the form states:

You do not have to agree to texts to book a site. We will still email your confirmation and payment link.

The booking is submitted and confirmed exactly the same way whether or not the box is ticked. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking, of payment, or of any other service.

Opt-in option 2: texting us first

A guest may also start the conversation themselves.

  1. The guest sends a text message to the published business number for the park, which is shown on this website and in our listings.
  2. That inbound message is the opt-in. We reply only to people who have written to us first.
  3. Our first reply identifies the park by name and carries the same STOP and HELP instructions.

We never text a number we obtained any other way. We do not buy, rent, or import phone number lists.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. The opt-out takes effect immediately, and we also record it against the guest record so nobody at the park texts that number by hand afterwards. Opting out of texts does not stop us calling or emailing about a reservation, and it does not affect a booking.

How we handle mobile numbers

We do not share or sell mobile information or text-messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
