Reservations and bookings
The Site lets you request a reservation. A request is not a confirmed booking. All reservations are subject to availability and to confirmation by park staff, and are governed by our park rules and policies. We may decline or cancel a request, and rates, fees, and availability may change before a reservation is confirmed.
Payment and fees
When you pay online, payment is processed by our third-party provider (Intuit/QuickBooks) on their secure systems. A credit or debit card processing surcharge may apply to card payments and will be disclosed before you pay. Deposits, cancellation terms, and refunds are governed by our park rules and the details of your reservation.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you contact us or request a reservation, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the information you submit.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not misuse the Site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use automated tools to scrape, overload, or disrupt it.
Intellectual property
