Storage on park property
Not staying with us? Park your boat or camper on park property, in a storage area monitored by park staff — not on an RV site.
What it costs
Storage rates.
Off season is November, December, January and February. In season is March through October. Rates are per month.
Monthly campers · winter
$200
per month, November–February. Our long-term discount: keep your lot over the winter at a storage-only rate, with your site waiting when you come back.
Storage · off season
$100
per month, November–February. Your boat or camper parked on park property, not on an RV site.
Storage · in season
$200
per month, March–October. Your boat or camper parked on park property, not on an RV site.
Storage terms
- Stored campers may not be lived in.
- Stored campers may not be connected to park services (electric, water or sewer) and should be winterized.
- Park staff provide security and monitoring for stored equipment.
- Monthly campers: to use the winter storage rate, notify park management by October 15, and have your camper disconnected from park services on or before October 31. Campers still connected after October 31 are billed at the normal monthly rate.
